- Tenant Improvement Design In Burnaby
We provided the permit drawings for this brand-new Spa located in Burnaby, dedicated to those who seek relaxation and self-care. Our client came forward to us with a clear scope of work: to design the layout of the unit to host multiple care services.
The spa was designed to keep a suitable circulation in the hallways as well as to take advantage of the natural light and make the most out of the leased space. Its 6,700 SF were divided into four main areas. The first area is the reception, it was furnished to host exhibition walls and a comfortable waiting area next to the counter.
The next area was acclimated for threading, pedicure and manicure stations, these spaces were located close to the windows to take advantage of the natural illumination as both an energy-efficient solution and an environment enhancer.
The facial and waxing rooms are found in the rear of the unit where four rooms are accommodated for these services. Next, to the waxing rooms, we designed two universal washrooms compliant with the accessibility code requirements. Other staff spaces can be found in this area too
Our client got her permit promptly and was able to start the construction right away. This tenant improvement is already completed as you can see in the gallery below.
